Delivery Information

Free Delivery

No freight charges will be applied to orders over the minimum invoice value of $500 +GST. Orders under this amount will incur a $20 +GST freight and handling charge.

Exceptions:

  • South Australia (minimum invoice value of $250 +GST or incur a $10 +GST freight and handling charge)

King Cubed reserves the right to change or withdraw free delivery at any time. Special delivery requests may incur additional charges.

Delivery Locations

King Cubed can deliver anywhere in Australia. International delivery is only available on a case by case basis.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Estimated Order Time-frames

You will receive an emailed copy of the invoice once the goods have been despatched to the couriers. Consignment numbers are available upon request.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days. In the unusual event of a delay to the despatch of your order, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity. Once the order has been despatched the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Metro (Excludes Hobart Metro) 1 to 2 business days
  • Hobart Metro 3 to 4 business days
  • Regional Areas 4 to 5 business days
  • Remote Areas 6 to 9 business days

Please note that these delivery time-frames are estimates and should not be considered as a guaranteed delivery date.

Dangerous Goods

All Australian states and territories have responsibility for the road and rail transport of dangerous goods in Australia.

Due to the strict Australian Dangerous Goods Code (ADG Code), some delivery time-frames may take longer than anticipated and could incur an additional surcharge. We aim to inform you of all additional fees and charges prior to despatch.

Receiving your order

Deliveries occur Monday – Friday between 9am-5pm. Unfortunately, we cannot currently arrange deliveries for specific days, times or weekends. If you are not open when the delivery driver arrives they will leave a card with details on how to re-arrange your delivery.

All orders must be signed for and ID may be required upon delivery.
